Strike a Line
← Back to the meadow

A little help.

A few pencil tricks for the next run.

Draw a way across.

Tap Let’s roll. During the three-second countdown, drag a bridge from one bank of the opening gap to the other. Milo starts running automatically.

Draw low, gentle ramps over obstacles and roofs above Milo to catch falling pebbles. Small breaks between lines and uneven joins are forgiving. Tall walls and low ceilings can block him.

Keep an eye on your ink.

Starting a stroke slows time for its first three seconds. Ink refills at each FRESH INK marker, roughly every 65 meters. The footer tells you how far away the next refill is.

Seeds count toward your personal record. They do not buy anything or refill ink.

Stuck or fallen? Start again.

Falls, thorns, whirly wheels, and falling pebbles can end a run. If your drawing blocks Milo, a warning gives you a moment to help him forward.

Restart run gives you the same meadow, full ink, and a clean page. It’s available after a failure, from Pause, and during a blocked-path warning.

Turn the page. Take a break.

Rotate your iPhone to play sideways. The run pauses safely while you settle in; tap Keep running to resume.

Pause and choose Save & go home to return later. Your lines and current run survive closing the app. End run & record finishes a paused run and saves its result.

Comfort and accessibility.

Menus include VoiceOver labels. Drawing requires spatial touch interaction; fully nonvisual gameplay is not supported. Decorative motion respects Reduce Motion. Haptic taps can be switched off in Settings, and the game has no audio.

Start with fresh records.

To erase local game data, open iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Strike a Line → Delete App. This removes your saved run and records. Offloading keeps the data; restoring a device backup may bring it back.
